They claimed my returns were accepted and that I’d receive over $650 in refunds—none of which ever came. They later dumped the responsibility for a rejected 2023 return back on me and stopped responding altogether.
I provided all requested documents, approved filings, and followed up repeatedly—only to be ignored after they got paid.
This company is disorganized, unaccountable, and dangerously unqualified to handle tax matters for veterans or anyone with complex filings. Avoid them at all costs.”
